1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through MFN Cards, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

MFN Cards produces custom laser-engraved metal cards. All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• All designs are reviewed before production. We reserve the right to reject orders containing offensive, illegal, or trademarked content you do not have rights to use.
• Minor variations in color and finish are inherent to metal products and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are calculated based on material, quantity, engraving complexity, and any add-on features selected. Your payment is authorized at checkout and captured only after your order is reviewed and accepted for production.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, your payment authorization will be released and you will not be charged.

4. Design & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original designs, logos, and content you upload. By submitting a design, you represent that you have the right to use all elements in your design.

MFN Cards is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Production times vary based on order complexity and queue. We will provide a tracking number once your order ships. MFN Cards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will replace or refund orders that arrive with manufacturing defects. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

MFN Cards' liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
